Olive Bay Beach House

Olive Bay Beach House is located on Kalopigado Beach on the Island of Ammouliani in Halkidiki.

Our unique Beach House Villa is a self-catered holiday let, located directly on the beachfront and is part of a secluded olive grove estate only 1,5 km from the islands’ main village and port.

Our main aim is to provide a comfortable and relaxing environment where our guests can feel at home, enjoy nature and the wonderful sea of Ammouliani island.

The villa benefits from a great layout, consisting of a spacious main house plus two separate double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a large outdoor kitchen.

The main house has one double bedroom, a bathroom, an open plan kitchen and a living area that can sleep up to 4 children (2 single beds and a double fold out sofa).

The two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, are adjacent to the main house but have their own separate entrances. This makes it very convenient as it provides more privacy to larger groups.

The outdoor kitchen is a great feature of the property as it is fully equipped and ideal for bigger crowds, as guests can use it anytime without disturbing their friends or family. A BBQ and a wood burning oven are also available.
The property has expansive verandas all around the house, with plenty of outdoor space to sit and relax overlooking the garden. Kalopigado beach is on our doorstep and reached through the garden gate. We provide our guests with sunbeds and umbrellas for ease and comfort.There is always a member of staff on the estate if help is needed.
